About Direct Billing
We direct bill to over 30 companies like Sunlife, Canada Life, Blue Cross, and Green Shield to name a few. This amount may be used over the course of the entire year with SJ, depending on your company and insurance coverage. In some plans, you can be covered up to 100%, meaning little to no out-of-pocket costs.
We also issue receipts, if you wish to do your own billing.
Booking Policy
We appreciate your interest in SJ Massage Therapy. First-time clients are requested to arrive 10 minutes early for the pre-treatment intake.
Cancellation Policy
To respect our time and those who may be inconvenienced, please let us know of any cancellations 24 hours in advance. If we are not notified in time, you will incur the full treatment fee.
